My experience at Fairview Rehabilitation was truly outstanding. Ricardo Perez was an exceptional CNA, always supportive and professional. Shameka Venture was also excellent as well, both CNA created a positive, welcoming environment, training us well and showing us the right way to do things that the state required. Kell, the staffing coordinator, was especially impressive. She provided excellent customer service, showed genuine care for her trainees, and ensured everyone felt supported and prepared. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciated the professionalism and teamwork of the entire staff.

Fallsview is a great place to bring your loved ones. The building is kept clean and the staff are competent, friendly, and reliable. They treat the patients like they are family and put a heavy focus on meeting and anticipating their needs.

I can’t say enough great things about this subacute facility. I left my great-grandmother here, and from the moment we walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The setting is small and intimate, which makes it feel more personal and family-oriented rather than overwhelming. What stood out the most was the nursing staff, many of them have been here for years, and it shows in their skill, experience, and the way they truly care for the patients. My great-grandmother has been treated with kindness, patience, and professionalism every step of the way. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s in such capable hands.
