Falmouth Physical Therapy

Dave gave me back my quality of life after numerous other medical professionals had given up. After shoulder surgery, I followed all the rules and exercises I was given by Dr's and PT's and was still in pain over a year later. Maybe the most important thing is that, even after all that time, Dave still knew there was a way to heal. He always believes there is something we can do to improve. He educates along the way, while working hands-on, versus just giving exercises to you from behind the clipboard. I was empowered to take back my own healing. Now, after 5 years, I'm still working, of course, but in great shape and enjoying all the activities that fill me with joy.

I have worked with David for many years now. I have also seen amazing outcomes from his work. My mom could barely walk due to back pain and ankle pain but then He helped her back dancing one of the hardest, if not THE hardest ballet "Swan Lake". He helps us dancers at Maine State Ballet SO MUCH. We all love Dave. I have had many Achilles problems and with help from Dave and falmouth PT the pain is almost gone now! I am forever grateful for Falmouth PT, Dave and the rest of their family.

I have to say Joseph Legere at the Falmouth Physical Therapy is the best ! Over the years I have been working out 35 years & pretty rough on my body . There has been a lot of wear & tear & numerous joint surgeries. I have requested from my surgeon’s office, to do my PT with Joe at the Falmouth facility, when needed. I have been seeing Joe off & on through the years, as I know he is really great at what he does, as is the owner David ! I am comfortable with this therapist as he is very experienced & knowledgeable . I trust this therapist & have great interaction, taking his suggestions on my rehab . I had a total left knee replacement about seven weeks ago and picked Falmouth Physical Therapy to do the physical therapy. David of Falmouth Physical Therapy worked on different muscles of both my legs . I was amazed to see such good results in a very short time. David worked on both my legs for about an hour. David worked one-on-one for the whole time during the session. I highly recommend David to do physical therapy if you have a knee replacement and like the Therapist to spend the whole time working on you.

I was recently able to book an appointment with Joe to address my shoulder/arm tension. I'm a professional musician (violin), and I have seen countless massage/physical therapists to deal with my constant shoulder tension/pain. Joe was able to diagnose my issues just by looking at the way I sit, taught me some invaluable stretches, and with one treatment my body is exponentially happier with me :) In addition, Joe has worked wonders for my mother, and I have noticed a remarkable improvement in her quality of life. He's also one of the kindest and most professional guys you will ever meet. A true artist! Highly recommended!
