This pharmacy lies about medications not being covered by the insurance company. They state that your insurance company will not cover it. Then you contact your insurance company and find out that it was never denied in any way shape or form. It's just that they do not want to fill it because it's not enough profit for them. The words from the pharmacist themselves. After you call the insurance company to verify that you are covered.
Returned to Family Care after several years of BJC mail order and was so pleased to find it just as efficiently run as several years ago, maybe better. Many staff still employed there. You are amazing! Keep up the good work!
