My appointment lasted a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes, which felt excessive given that the actual cleaning itself took very little time. While the rest of the staff was friendly and courteous, my experience with Dr. Mina was disappointing. Dr. Mina did not introduce herself, nor did she acknowledge or apologize for the long wait. Her demeanor felt short and dismissive, and she made me feel as though I was a problem rather than a patient. This made the visit uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Overall, the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from the doctor overshadowed what could have been an otherwise positive experience

They take lunch from 1-2 and it isn’t posted on any website nor pt reminded or sign posted to know. No point to be there early. Been coming here with my family for over 6 years and never had a problem until now. I will never return. Sections have broken down things which could be a hazard for both staff and patients. Patients are not seeing in order of appointment and while I was waiting by 3 to be seen for a 2pm appointment which I was there earlier to be sure to be on time. They skipped me on purposed and seen 3 other people before me including a new person who just came and needed an emergency something been done. Front staff knew I had to be gone by 3 and all I needed was a cleaning. Normally I’m only there for 30 min or so when in uniform. I’m tired of the amount of doctors that com

Why do they put me on hold when I call? That’s not good

I haven’t been to the office yet , but I just want to leave a review for Brianna . Her customer service was excellent and very warming . Now a days when calling and speaking with people they’re a bit rude or rush you to get off the phone . She was very patient , she answered every question I had and had no problem giving me additional information. She was very calm and welcoming from the beginning of the call to the end .

Its a good place and the staff are wonderful but I hate how I have to wait 3 months or more to every appointment I make... I tried to take advantage of my pregnancy coverage before it ended and get everything done that I needed but I couldn't because each appointment were months separated to be done in time.
