Family Focus Eyecare: Scifres Angela OD

Great staff & nice office environment. Did a full & through workup on the kid. They take most all insurances, even the not so common ones. The Doctors and staff are polite, well put together, and try to work you in as soon as possible. They have a decent sized array of frames on site if needed. The kids glasses took less then a week to arrive after having lenses put on his frames. They are a complete Optometrist office with every device to check out your eyes. Would go there myself and recommend.

I am very disappointed with the outcome of my eye exam and eyewear purchase. I can see better out of my old glasses. I am constantly tilting my head searching for the best focus through my trifocal lenses. I returned to the office three times for frame adjustments. I left the office with my glasses sitting crooked on my face. Then the timples were too tight behind my ears causing moderate+ pain. I finally resorted to doing my own adjustments. I purchased the top of the line lenses with all the bells and whistles. I was willing to pay over $700 to receive, what I had been told was, the best eye care in this area. The only reason for two stars is Family Focus Eyecare plays good music in the front lobby.

The staff was great! Very kind and compassionate. I can see so much better with my new glasses. I would definitely recommend them and will return for any future eye care needs.

Doesn’t keep appts, receives calls day of appt to cancel and reschedule. After doing that twice and having my child miss school and us miss hours of work to take her , we are going to find an actual clinic that doesn’t make a living canceling appts at the drop of a hat.

They were very nice and they answered all my questions and they got me in and out. 😊
