I had my dental exam yesterday, and from the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism by the front desk staff. The entire team is consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making their patients feel comfortable — this includes their amazing hygienist, Brittany (hope I spelled that correctly). Dr. Adachi is not only highly skilled, but she also takes the time to explain everything clearly, calmly, and patiently. I’ve been going to Dental Family Smile since I was a teenager. Now in my mid 30s they continue to do an incredible job taking care of my dental hygiene. I’ve moved to Florida and I continue to fly up here to visit family and schedule an appointment with them! Just in this last cleaning appointment they found a cavity and they took care of it in 30 minutes. I’ve seen both Doctors on separate occasions and together with their staff offer incredible service.
