Dr Kaspar and the whole team are all so kind and gentle. They're great with dental anxiety and I think it's largely because of the calm and kindness they project. The dental care itself is the best I've gotten in the area by a very large margin over the others. I can't more highly recommend them!
My first experience was with Dana who was absolutely amazing I immediately felt at home. Then I met my hygienist Andrea who explained the process and was more than gentle. Still got better when I met with Dr Casper who was also amazing and explained even more in detail. Run don’t walk to Family Smiles. You will feel right at home.
Everyone in the office was so friendly and courteous. This dental office is always spotless, which is something I definitely look for in a healthcare facility. Andria did exceptionally well cleaning my teeth. Didn’t hurt not one bit. Definitely will recommend this office to everyone looking for a new dental location.
I hadn't gone to the dentist in years. I chose Family Smiles because of online reviews, got set up with my hygienist, Andrea (who is awesome!), and that's all she wrote! Everyone is always so friendly. I always have a great experience.
This dental practice is hands-down, the best in the Hudson Valley !! They care!!! I always see Michelle the dental hygienist (recommended by my father)! We love her! She’s so sweet, thorough knowledgeable, and kind. Michelle is phenomenal! She goes above and beyond to make your experience pleasant and make your teeth shiny and clean !! She works diligently and cares for the patient’s teeth like they were her own! She does her very best to make you feel at ease ! At today’s visit, Michelle went out of her way to smooth out my mouth guard using a special piece of equipment. At each visit , the dentist visits and does a follow up! It’s nothing short of brilliant! They step in and chat with you about your teeth and really take that time out of their day to show you that they truly care! I h
