Called for a root canal needed, spoke to a very pleasant & professional receptionist by the name of Christina. Christina gave me the break down & was able to bring me in same day I called. I was not able to find the facility since it was my first time the staff was great & steered me straight to the facility they did not get off the phone until I reached the facility who does that! Everyone was well mannered & respectful. I felt very welcomed. I met Dr. Michael Fish who gave me the evaluation & said he can do my root canal. I was able to get a quick appointment. I would highly recommend any one to this facility staff is friendly and willing to help you. Every one is a team player. I had an excellent experience today! I had an excellent visit as a new patient. While a dentist appt isn’t typically expected to be a pleasant experience, the team at Family Smiles somehow manage to make it just that. From the diligence and speed with which Debbie did my xrays to the thoughtful and clear explanations Dr. Ajay patiently provided to my myriad of questions, I felt very well cared for. I have periodontal disease and whereas every other dentist has been auto-alarmist on this, Dr. Ajay took the trouble to talk me thru what the xrays actually show, giving me much reason for optimism to continue managing it. I highly recommend Family Smiles and am very grateful to have found such a caring dental team.
