Farmington Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Formerly Farmington Country Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Had to stay here for two and a half months this past year after being discharged from the hospital with a diabetic foot ulcer. I had surgery and had a wound vac. Which the nursing staff took care of. Nurses aids, RNs and activities director were knowledgeable and keep me busy while there. Loved the front lobby room where you could see the birds and the family room where you could see the chickens. I've enclosed a few photos. The physical therapists were outstanding and helped with my way back home by making my muscles stronger. The rooms were kept very clean with daily housekeeping. If I need assistance again after a hospital stay, I would definitely consider Farmington Country Manor.

I have visited this facility in the past with my canine assisted therapy team and was also asked to provide entertainment at a special event a few times. I have visited facilities in Illinois and Iowa to provide AAT services and found Farmington Village to be one of the most well-maintained facilities we've been to. The building was clean and bright and had a very comfortable, home-like feeling. I found the staff to be caring and attentive to residents' needs in my interactions with them. When I provided entertainment for special events I was happy to see how many friends and family came to visit their loved ones and everyone seemed very pleased with the activities offered and meal provided to them. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality and compassionate care

My father has been in the facility for five years. The nurses and nurses aides are always prompt in his care. There is always activities to keep the residents engaged. The kitchen tries to bring in fresh produce for meals, example during corn on the comb and tomato season. If there are any questions regarding anything from billing to health care, there is always someone willing to help. And they have a remarkable record keeping Covid out of the facility.

My grandma has moved to the Farmington Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at 99. The staff are friendly and helpful to all of the residents. I am thankful for the care and therapy they are giving my grandma! There are plenty of activities to keep her busy too!

My mom was at Farmington and recently passed. They brought a care cart in the room for us with snacks and drinks, was very nice.The facility is nice and clean. All the nurse aides are so helpful whenever you ask for anything. Most all of them have a careing attitude while just a couple have the attitude of not caring and its just a job. The nursing staff are ALL very caring. Seth, Kim, Ashley, Maddie, names I can remember are top of the angel list along with a few others I can't remember but want to Thank very much for all you do.
