Completely unethical. I scheduled an appointment to be allergy tested and was provided procedure codes that could have been given over the phone. I was charged a specialist level copay despite not being checked out or seeing the doctor. I only spent five minutes with a nurse who was unsure whether I should pursue medication or allergy shots. To make matters worse, this location does not even offer allergy testing. I was informed I would need to pay another copay to get tested elsewhere and would be charged for weekly allergy shot visits with no defined end date. I strongly advise against going to this office.
