person on the phone was short with me when i couldn’t make out what she said due to her strong accent. look, don’t get frustrated and take it out on me for the fact that you got a strong accent. it’s not my fault, and i certainly don’t need that when im already at my lowest. jeez.

I have been coming here for about a year now and I have never ever had any issues at all. The Staff is always so kind Courteous and extremely helpful. Thank You North Park Counseling Center.

Zero courtesy. Zero human warmth. Receptionists are barricaded behind a wall of computer screens. They seem bothered iwhen you address them.

Terrible place for healing.. disorganised and zero compassion
