First Medical Associates-Silver Spring

Review for Dr. Kahsu Tsehay, MD – First Medical Associates (Silver Spring, MD) I recently accompanied my mother to an appointment with Dr. Kahsu Tsehay at First Medical Associates. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. From the beginning of the visit, there was no greeting or welcoming interaction. The doctor immediately asked, “What are you here for?” without introducing himself or engaging in any basic patient rapport. The tone of the appointment felt rushed and dismissive. We were requesting medical documentation related to my mother’s health condition. Rather than reviewing her medical history thoroughly or asking detailed questions about her ongoing diabetes management and related concerns, the request was quickly denied. It did not appear that sufficient attention

I had an excellent experience! Specially with the front desk receptionist that handled my registration! And answered all my questions! And with the nurse taking my vital signs; both are a great asset to have they are very professional; the doctor fine, I asked him to do a FCC form,( is a form stating I have a heart chronic condition! Wich I have; with this firm Humana my insurance can send me my over the counter card for OTC supplies, the doctor claimed he never knew about these form! I was , very disappointed and I will contact my insurance company! But thank you for

Dr. Angelic is so awesome. She takes time to listen to my husband and I, she has our best interest at heart. I knew I wanted her to me my dr. after I saw how she treated my husband. She's so thorough which is what I really like.

I had a really great experience with this place up until last week when I called for a sick visit and was told my doctor is gone along with almost all of the doctors and PAs. I had received absolutely no notification that this had occurred or what the plan is moving forward. My doctor is showing in the portal and I was able to send her a message, with no way to tell that she is not there and I would never get a response.

I am so grateful to God for this doctor's office. Amen. I found Dr .Kahsu.Tsehay on internet ,although it was a little further than I traveled to old primary care office ,the trip was worth it. Dr Tsehay very kind,caring, thorough. Excellent Character, Transparency and Integrity. He is prompt. Also, the staff (nurse and phlebotomist), very kind,caring,prompt. They display the same character transparency and integrity as the doctor. All complement each other. May. God bless this doctor, staff richly.
