Fitchburg Family Dental Center

Referred here from member services at MAHealth. Receptionist was rude and brisk, said they "aren't taking adult MAHealth patients at this time" and hung up. I called back, asked what that meant and she said that's the policy. I tried asking for some frame of reference on timing but she hung up again. Doesn't look like they're in the business of helping people. Do not recommend.

They have their hours listed as open but when I call the automated machine says they're closed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Radivonyk’s for over 30 years. The office is clean and the staff is exceptionally kind and professional!
