Five Elements Energy Therapies

I went on a retreat hosted by Rene of 5 Elements in early October. Everything was absolutely perfect. From the gorgeous venue overlooking the water on Long Island to the delicious cuisine she offered for meals. It was a weekend filled with yoga, writing from the soul, and learning about our human design. Every workshop flowed into the next without overwhelming the attendees. I heard about this retreat through my sister’s friend and I didn’t know anything about 5 Elements before this retreat. Now they have a new client because I want to continue the healing from that special weekend.

I have been attending five elements classes for a year this coming February. I have found them to be very helpful. The meditation classes are relaxing and very professionally done. Mh favorite class is the belly dancing where I feel energized upon leaving at the end of the session. I recommend that you give it a try.!

I met Rene through a mutual friend and loved her story and that she offered IET which I had recently been introduced to elsewhere, and was very excited to meet her and learn more! Her office space is very serene and professional. The energy in the zen space she created is so welcoming and grounded. I received multiple IET sessions from Rene (which were so beautiful and uplifting) and I also completed 2 trainings and have been attuned for Reiki (1/2) and IET (basic, focused, advanced). Rene is so authentic, leads from her heart and has very good intentions for her service to the world. I just completed Rene’s IET®️ basic, intermediate and advanced certification class and it was an amazing experience! She was extremely thorough in her teachings and made class a safe space to be my true self and share my story. After my first IET session, Rene helped me talk through my emotional release and was there for me in ways i haven’t experienced before. I took so much wisdom away from this past weekend and so excited to continue to learn from her. She is truly amazing!! 10/10 ☺️
