I got pulled up by Noelia Hernandez at her office as if I was a criminal. I’ve been getting my meds here since november of 2023 and we are in the month of august she told me that they no longer honor my insurance which is ambetter, again I’ve been coming here since NOVEMBER and I was just inform today that they will honot Florida blue. Had I known that it’s the only insurance they will choose over Ambetter, had they informed me Since Ive been coming here over the last 9 months. The goal of the department of health is to save lives and heal. But not this incompetent office.
