i’ve been going to this clinic for years even with Mr. Flagle was there he was so amazing. His daughter is just as amazing. She took good care of me. They are like family to me and the staff is really sweet and kind and they do what they can to help you and I got an appointment fairly quick. I suggest this clinic to anyone who needs a good eye doctor she’s very experienced. Come from a long line of awesome eye doctors.

I had an awesome experience here! They had a huge selection of glasses—way more than I expected, with tons of stylish options to choose from. The doctor was super kind, professional, and made the whole exam really comfortable. The guy who helped me pick out my glasses was incredibly helpful—he had great taste and really took the time to make sure I found the perfect pair. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality care and great service!

Dr. Flagel has been my eye doctor for years and she is the utmost professional eye doctor I have ever encountered. If anyone wants an eye doctor who goes above and beyond what most doctors do, I recommend you get in touch with her office. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. You won’t be disappointed.

Dr Flagel was great! The nurse was also friendly and welcoming. The receptionist did seem a bit short and the young lady who helped me pick out my frames was not very engaging or helpful. I was still willing to continue using this office as my new eye doctor after moving to Middletown. My problem is that I have been waiting for my frames now for a month! 8/14-9/14. I probably wouldn’t mind so much if I hadn’t lost my old glasses or the expectation was set for an extended wait. I can’t suggest going to this location if you need glasses in a hurry. If you already have working glasses, I would definitely refer Dr Flagel.

I have reported Dr. Flagel Laurie L OD for refusing the request to release my husbands prescription. My husband is a Military Veteran for the United Air Force. My husband was not able to find his insurance number at the time of appointment to pay remainder balance of $60.00 to her office. This was her reasoning for not giving him his prescription. He is covered and planed to have his insurance make payment. Below I have attached legal documents explaining the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION WHERE IT STATES SHE WAS ILLEGALLY WITHHOLDING HIS MEDICAL DOCUMENTS. I hope this can help anyone make their decision on whether Dr Flagel Laurie L OD is a qualified provider in the city of Middletown.
