Excellent customer service that goes above and beyond. The Pharmacy Manager Mr. Prashant (Pat) Patel, was extremely informative regarding what vaccine’s are needed and why. He treated us like a real person and not just like a number. Very attentive to our concerns and questions. I can definitely say that this was the best ever experience we’ve had visiting a Pharmacy. And even thou we live in St Augustine, I would gladly drive over to Flagler Beach anytime for any and all my Pharmacy needs. I highly recommend this establisment!!!

Called for transfer of prescriptions for Florida patients which happens a lot between FL and NY. Pharmacist Pat was very polite and professional. He gave 6-7 prescriptions as transfers out to us in a jiffy. Keep upholding our pharmacy practice !
