Every associate was excellent! The office is clean and the selection of frames better than any other optical. Janet the optician was so knowledgeable. Dr.B gave a very thorough exam. He took the time and explained everything. Would recommend 100 out of 10!!

My entire experience, from the moment I stepped into the office of Flamingo Falls Eye Care to the time I left, was outstanding. The staff was friendly, courteous, and very professional. Kevin and Dr. Balaguer each proceeded to examine my eyes, with absolutely no rush. All my questions were answered at length. Dr. Balaguer is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable, plus 100% concerned with getting the right contact lenses for me. Dr. Jaime Balaguer and all his staff at Flamingo Falls Eye Care are simply AMAZING! Dr. Balaguer is very knowledgeable, personable and takes the time to explain things and answer all questions. Additionally, he is on top of new developments on eye care (he also invested in state of the art equipment for the eye exams). All his support staff is fantastic - very knowledgeable and friendly. Flamingo Falls also offers a nice selection of frames, and Gaby helped me to find frames to fit my face and taste. I started seeing Dr. Balaguer in 2019, and I will not go any other place for my eye exams.

I went in for an eye exam and to order new glasses. I was very pleased with the level of care and how thorough and detailed my vision was evaluated. Dr. Balaguer and his team did a great job explaining everything they saw and answered all of my questions. This was by far one of my best experiences at the optometrist.

I love Dr.B and at my recent visit for my son there was a new doctor. She was very patient and knowledgeable . I would like to apologize for my son’s behavior while there! Thank you to the staff who tried to speak to him gave him candy and assisted me in trying to calm him down.
