Flanagin Dental

Really enjoyed my trip to the dentist because the entire Flanagin family was there. Half were working and the other half were visiting or getting ready for some activity. The cleaning was thorough but quick so I had more time to hang out and chat with the gang at the front desk.

I hate to leave such a negative review among everyone else's positive experiences but I must be honest. It felt like they simply wanted to get the exam over with and me out the door. The front desk staff was wonderful and by far my best experience but that's all I can say for pros. I went in for tooth pain and had a xray of the offending side done. While this was my main reason here I also hadn't been to a dentist in awhile and wanted a full exam. Which never happened. I was told it was probably my bite and they filed down in the area. I wasn't asked about my dental history and honestly I'm not keen that this was his first solution. I wear a retainer and if it was simply my bite it may have just been because it shifted from lack of using it. But they didnt ask anything and it didnt occu

Hey what can I say, great staff, very friendly and professional. The dentist himself is amazing. If yall need a good dentist and staff go to Flanigan Dental on Locust. A building full of awesome people. If they wore horns, I would definitely approve of them tooting their own horn.

Darrin lost a crown on Saturday and he spoke w/Mary Catherine on Sunday and she told him to be there Monday morning at 8:00 and they would take care of it. They were very quick to work him in and reset the crown. All without an appointment and because they care about our dental needs. Thank you Dr Flanagin and Mary Catherine for such great service!! We appreciate it very much.

This makes the second time I've gone to Dr. Flanagin needing a tooth removed without an appointment. I was quickly fit in the schedule. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dr. Flanagin made sure I felt no pain and quickly removed the tooth. I plan on making Flanagin Dental my permanent dentist.
