This was my first visit and when I walked in the door Lindsay told me good morning and that she had checked me in already. My appointment was at 11am and Autumn, my hygienist, called me back 2 minutes early! This was a great start! Autumn was very personable and went over my dental history. After X-rays and cleaning Dr. Alvarez came in and checked everything thoroughly. She was also very personable and professional. I felt very comfortable through the entire visit, like I had been going there forever. I actually look forward to my follow up. I highly recommend Flat Creek Dentistry.

I know this sounds strange, but I really enjoyed my dental cleaning today! Lisa was my hygienist and she was amazing! She heard my concerns and treated me as she wanted to be treated in her cleaning. To top it all off, the dentist was kind, approachable and was aware of my concerns. I felt seen, heard, welcomed and appreciated! Also when I was checking in the receptionist saw me greeted me and checked me in before even saying hello! I felt like a celebrity!

Had my first appointment/consult with Dr. Burk today. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she was absolutely delightful to talk with. She wasn't rushed, and took time to explain and answer questions. I took my time to research before choosing another provider – – that was in network – – and won the jackpot! The office staff is efficient and very friendly as well. I'm actually looking forward to working with Dr. Burk for all my dental needs!

If you’re looking for quality and knowledge along with warm customer service, Flat Creek family Dentistry is the way to go. I remember sharing my fears with Dr. Burk a few years ago and she listen to me and assured me that she would take good care…she did just that. The team in a whole provides excellent care , does a great job when exploring all available options. Highly recommend 🫶🏽

My children and I, and more recently my granddaughter, have been patients of Flat Creek Family Dentistry since 2003. Sharon always does an awesome job! Dr. Padgett is also wonderful and very thorough and detailed, ensuring that I am well pleased with the services she provides. They are both personable and welcoming, making the whole experience comfortable, considering. They are known for going above and beyond! Great dental office!
