Walked in at 7:30am - though I wasn’t the first person (2nd person), I was greeted with so much love. I remember the nice lady (light-skinned) says do you need someone right now- though we all feel like we need someone ASAP, I said “yes”- we laughed. I was checked in and sat for my 9am appointment. I decided to go home (2mins from home ), a Grady so close to home, WOW. My name was called by Ms. Erica - a breath of fresh air she was. Nice, pleasant and even went over and beyond. My doctor (I will not disclose) was absolutely amazing. Funny because I had no idea they would be opened today - I going to make the drive to kirkwood. I just want to say THANK YOU GRADY - we needed this in our neighborhood. We all need Grady and I wouldn’t trust anyone with my life but Grady and the Lord ! ♥️

Great customer service, fast an friendly

I love the staff and the doctor I was recommended. Everybody was so welcoming and attentive. I'd recommend this facility for anyone who's looking to be seen and not overlooked. There's nothing worst than going to a medical facility with people who don't care. Thank you all.

My experience at Grady flatshoal was absolutely amazing the building was absolutely beautiful and most importantly clean. Everyone I came in contact with had a friendly and greeted everyone with a smile 😁 provided excellent customer service down to the security guard he sang Happy Birthday to me I felt so special thank Nikki for being so helpful along with all your other Co workers at Grady Flatshoal thanks again for such an awesome experience.
