Scam! They did not provide me with any care- they dragged out appointments and my insurance claim for months while I was paying for “consultations” that lasted less than 5 mins and 20 dollar copayments for nothing. I also paid around 50 dollars for X-rays that were not useful as they use very outdated technology. I needed a deep cleaning which they claimed would cost me 1200-1400 dollars and would not give me a regular cleaning that would be covered by insurance since I was in need of a deep cleaning.

Extremely unprofessional and rude environment. Everyone beginning from the receptionist who was obnoxiously munching on grapes while I’m trying to make my next appointment, to the dentist who gave me zero consultation before beginning to literally almost take my tooth out was ridiculous. This place was an absolutely shocking experience I could not believe I was experiencing. Very rude and unaccommodating staff. I never leave a review however I felt it necessary in this situation as this place should not be running and I would definitely recommend trying to find somewhere else to go!

When I went to my appointment, the secretary was out and the nurse began the interaction by yelling at me and threatening not to provide service before I signed a legal document stating I would pay for whatever they later decided to fill out on the form. The actual care followed suit. They do not use electronic filing systems and charge you $45 for copies of your X-rays, a charge they won’t tell you about until you go to pick them up. I never leave reviews like this, but everyone should know the poor service this place provides.

I’m sure your teeth aren’t suppose to be throbbing in pain every SINGLE time you get your teeth cleaned. All they say is use warm salt water when you get home and laugh it off. Last time there were ants in the cup I had to use to wash my mouth and it was disgusting I didn’t notice until after I put it in my mouth. They also have the chair to clean your teeth so low all things they use to clean your teeth sprinkles back into your face and eyes. Wait times are ridiculous even with no patients in the waiting area. Receptionist is less than pleasant, and I caught one of the female dentists playing games on her phone with patients waiting to be seen which so ‘funny’. I have a picture but I won’t post it. Why work in the healthcare industry if no one knows how to properly care for their patients

This place sucks very rude receptionist and just all around terrible customer service
