Flatbush Express Pharmacy

Love this pharmacy. They’re always quick and kind. I never have to wait very long and I like the automated text I get when my prescription is ready.

Had a terrible on call experience with someone on the phone here. I called to ask if a medication was in stock and they told me no then the guy immediately hangs up. I call back and the same guys picks up, I ask “when is it usually in stock because I haven't found it in other pharmacies” and he proceeds to tell me "I cannot tell you that information,” in a nasty tone. Afterwards I say "how am I supposed to know when it's available for me" And then he tells me "sir we do not carry this medication please stop calling." Why wasn’t I told this on the first call so it didn’t have to escalate?

Good pharmacy with great service. The man is very personable and friendly. The Pharmacist also was very helpful getting my prescriptions sorted when I went there. Now it’s a breeze. They also had COVID tests when the line around the corner was wrapping around the block! People forget about the small pharmacies and it’s a shame. Way better service than the CVS a few blocks away! And this store is very clean and well stocked with a variety of products that you’d seek at a pharmacy. I highly recommend that you visit and even switch over to this great gem on Flatbush. They’ll get you right 💊!

Great customer service no complaints. They have been nothing but great to me & my family & they definitely worked with me a few times pertaining to medication pick up, even when they are about to close for the night they STILL make accommodations for customers & I appreciate it.

This pharmacy has a photocopy machine service which I always utilize. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating! I hope they NEVER close this aspect of their operation!
