I had an incredible experience at Flatbush Optical at Flatbush Junction. The customer service, provided by Javon, was genuinely warm and attentive. He helped me choose one of the most unique frames I’ve ever seen. Javon was empathetic, knowledgeable, and optimistic. Despite being a walk-in, he managed to squeeze me in and ensured that my glasses were ready for me to take home on the same day. Everyone at the store, including Dr. Fatima, was incredibly sweet and professional. If you’re seeking a friendly and efficient environment, I highly recommend Flatbush Optical at Flatbush Junction. I recently visited this location and, despite having an appointment, experienced a long wait. While I was a little late, I didn’t mind. When I asked the staff member who adjusts and repairs glasses how I could adjust my frames, he simply wiggled them and said they were fixed. I mentioned that the frames still looked crooked and felt uncomfortable, but he referenced his years of experience, essentially implying I was wrong. I ignored this and waited for my turn to see the doctor. When I was finally seen, I explained my situation, which involved a job-related eye injury. During the examination, the doctor used tools and also touched my eyes with her hands to hold them open. I mentioned that I am uncomfortable with people touching my face, especially since I did not see her wash her hands. A

I am new to Flatbush and am delighted to have found Flatbush optical which is conveniently located near me. I first went there for my glasses and have a very thorough examination. They have really detailed techniques that is more than just reading the letters with different lenses. They perform the glaucoma test as well as can thoroughly chart your vision with this dot thing. I have only seen a machine like this at my ophthalmologist. I then subsequently brought my daughter here for her first eye exam and pair of specs. She's 9, the earliest age they take and they were so welcoming to her and I. They made her very comfortable and really filled her with confidence about her new glasses. She really didn't want glasses nd they hyped her up so much she couldn't stop smiling at her reflection

The amazing thing about meeting Javon today was the exceedingly helpful and punctual assessment of my glasses. I was frustrated that I had broken glasses but with the diligence of Javon’s listening skills he saw the concerns I raised and thoughtfullyexpressed my solutions. His fellow peers are absolutely fabulous and were great from the beginning of entrance to the store. They have demonstrated great team management skills, making conversation and empathic. Jason is an absolute amazing customer service. The doctor explained things clearly. It's evident they care about providing the best quality of care. I would recommend anyone who needs assistance with seeing an eye doctor or getting frames to go here. Prices for frames are pretty good too
