Flatlands Medical-Urgent Care

Dr Belamy is a great doctor but his staff , that lady in the front is an unprofessional! She runs the office like it’s hers, she has no respect for patients, she is not a nice person, she has a terrible personality, dont know how to talk to ppl or treat them. We stopped using the Dr because of this pit bull. If Dr Belamy doesn’t get rid of this lady he will keep losing patients.

The worst! Any Doctor who pays an office manager that tells a patient (coughing up blood) that she'd 'let him die before allowing him to see a doctor if he doesn't have his insurance card & picture ID' isn't someone you should trust with your health. My new insurance company appointed this "Urgent Care" as my primary Doctor, but hadn't sent my insurance card. I showed them my first bill with account # which they could have looked up to confirm. The sweet receptionist called her manager to approve who basically told me to drop dead. The apologetic, professional receptionist told me I should go to the emergency room which is what I did. I was a block away from this place and i have asthma. I called to ask if they can give me a quick treatment so i can continue on route to get my child. She told me no and told me go to brookdale. I stated i felt i was going to pass out and she still denied me service. Whats the point of these urgent cares if they can’t urgently help out when we need help. Totally unacceptable ! DEFUND URGENT CARES BECAUSE THEY ARE OF NO HELP !

This has to be the worst doctor's office in Brooklyn NY. You call the office to make appointments they say you can't make appointments. They make you walk in to sit in there office for hours before seeing this doctor. The staff sucks.. I will definitely be leaving this doctor. Unprofessional work ethic
