Rude secretary. Dr. Fleming was decent. I wished he'd read my file before my appointment though. The actual facility was run down or neglected greatly! No heat! It felt like it was just "thrown together". Almost felt like it was prank. Probably not going back.

Doctor didn't put that much pressure in the pain. It took me the first day to see it. Failed to give me the handout with the exercises. Frimtdesknlady very nasty condescending no bedside manner.

I appreciated the treatment that I received at Fleming PT. My therapist focused his attention on me during each and every appointment. I was never left alone to do my stretches and exercises. My therapist stayed with me for each appointment and made suggestions. He also answered all my questions and encouraged me along the way to recovery. By the end of my treatments I feel that I achieved my goals and am now able to perform my normal activities.

Randomly selected Fleming PT while looking for a facility to rehab a knee replacement. The young lady I spoke to, prior to my initial visit was very positive and engaging. A person who entered at the same time as me, brushed past me without any kind of recognition of my presence. I discovered this person was part of the staff. The entire time I was completing the registration process, the person was on the phone, answering and asking questions so that I, at times, had no idea if she was talking to me or the person on the phone. The initial evaluation was very brief. Range of motion and light conversation were the extent of the evaluation. I discovered that this facility was only open Monday and Wednesdays.
