Flex Audiology has made hearing for me so much easier. I already was wearing hearing aids before I started visiting Flex Audiology. They helped me with my old set of aids till the new set came available. Now that I have the new updated hearing aids, I can’t believe how much I was missing out on what I was not hearing. Flex Takes the time to listen to you and makes the right choice on what would be best for your needs. I had a packed ear wax problem in one ear that blocked 90% of hearing. My GP's office tried their conventional "squirt it out" method to no avail. But Dr. Person's magic ear wax removal machine did the job very quickly! I could hear again immediately. Thank you!

Flex Audiology and Kelli McGuire have done a great job with fitting me with upgraded hearing aids. I have been wearing hearing aids for about 30 years and have severe hearing loss. I also use all the newer technologies like TV links and the Roger table device. Dr McGuire listens to all my questions and finds a way to address them. I got a super price and over the top service, and I thank them. I hear better than I every have.

I was very impressed at how updated and modern everything was compared to my former doctor, who I just loved.
