can’t say enough good things about Flex Spine and Sport. Dr. Dan Da Silva and Dr. Baylie were lifesavers. I literally stumbled in crying with herniated discs at L4-L5 and L5-S1, in severe pain and not sure what to do. They took the time to evaluate me properly, sent me for diagnostic imaging so we knew exactly what we were dealing with, and then put together a clear, practical game plan. Spinal decompression made a huge difference, and I started improving much faster than I expected. What I appreciated most was their honesty—no pressure, no discounted package sales, just straightforward, as-needed chiropractic care focused on getting me better. If you’re an athlete, you want chiros like Dan and Baylie in your corner. You walk in a patient, and you leave a friend.

Dr. Daniel da Silva gave me my life back. I’m 47 and have been dealing with 2 disc injuries for almost 2 years. Can’t sit or lay down for long, groin, glute and sciatic pain for 2 years. I saw my GP, Orthopedic, Urologist, and physio specialist and received 2 MRIs. Diagnosis as a slight L4/5 bulge. I was prescribed prednisone and said there’s nothing they can do but refer me to a pain managment clinic for shots or pain medication.
