Excellent experience - went in for a potential sprain/break of my ankle... Check in was seamless. 5 minutes in the waiting room. My care team was attentive in gathering my information about my injury, informative about each step. My provider gave a thorough exam, accessed and provided her recommendations for a favorable recovery. I was in and out with great care and highly recommend FLH Urgent Care for your non emergency needs.

I can’t say enough positives about my care at UR FLH Urgent Care. Every one of the staff that I had contact with during my emergent situation was very professional. Kind and caring. My care was very , very timely. I feel I cannot say enough good things for the excellent care that was provided to me by everyone involved in my care from Reception. Nursing, Radiology. I arrived at 5:30PM with symptoms including dizziness and shortness of breath but was stopped at the front door by a nurse saying they were about to have their weekly office meeting and that I’d have to wait an hour before they would be able to do intake. I was forced to go elsewhere for treatment. They completely failed to fulfill the “urgent” part of their facility title. Maybe don’t staff your facility so poorly that you’re forced to close down for a staff meeting during normal business hours?

The receptionist is always very nice, lobby is clean and organized, low wait time, and thorough providers. Making an appointment online is easy and stores all insurance information for future visits. I enjoy going here when I need care because I know I'll have thorough, caring, and compassionate providers who take their time to go through things with me. I appreciate you all!

I had a strange skin rash/irritation that prompted my visit on Saturday. They said they would give me a prescription for an ointment, but it was never submitted to my pharmacy. So I'm just using Benadryl on my own instead of whatever it was they were going to prescribe to me. That seemed to me like a pretty significant screw-up on their part. But it's a minor issue, so it doesn't matter at this point.
