FLH Medical, P.C. Urgent Care-Seneca Falls

My friend is terrified of blood work. She has been in there two times for blood work. She said the first time she went in they refused to use a butterfly needle. The second time which was just yesterday she requested a butterfly needle and was lied to and told the normal needle was a butterfly needle when it wasn't. If a patient requests a different needle you give it to them and you don't lie to them.

Only had 1 positive experience with this urgent Care. That was with Kristin G earlier today

I wanted to give a big shout out to how amazing the staff were at LifeCare urgent care. The service was fast with my 5 year old daughter today. We arrived 20 minutes prior to closing. Carley, NP was compassionate and great with not just my daughter being seen but also her younger sister. Everyone was wonderful and made our experience quick and at ease. Thank you all. We appreciate you.

My seven year old fell in gym and needed stitches for the first time and this office was so accommodating. They were expecting us and so welcoming to my daughter and I. Our provider Brooke, was so patient and caring to my scared seven year old. Overall we had an exceptional experience and would recommend any friends or family to the FLH urgent care in Seneca falls.
