I would highly recommend Floorwise Pevic Therapy!! I started pre-natal treatment to ensure a healthy birth (and also so I could stop peeing a little every time I sneezed! lol). … I am so surprised at how helpful Natalie has been at solving my little problem, and working with me on exercises and breathing to aid in an easy and comfortable birth. Natalie is very knowledgeable in prenatal care, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is currently pregnant or who has ever given birth (it’s not too late to correct the damage!)!

I was unable to exercise without extensive pain due to having endometriosis. The Restore Your Core program helped me regain the strength I needed after my endo excision to be able to exercise freely.
