I received a complete audiological evaluation with Dr. Holderbaum during a scheduled bi annual visit. All of my interactions with her have been met with her warm, caring, attentive, and professional manner. Subsequently she arranged for a timely follow up appointment for a hearing aid check at my request. She is one of those professionals that you immediately feel a kinship with, like you've known her your whole life. The trusting relationship developed with her makes you feel like she certainly individualizes your treatment as she would a member of her family. Great experience!

Dr. Holderbaum is friendly, warm and welcoming. Her directions are clear and effective. She is very accommodating to special needs and explains results very clearly. It is a pleasure to have a hearing evaluation with her.
