A++! So incredibly happy I came to Florence Dental for my husband and I. We were originally recommend by my brother in law and sister and now I’m recommending them to everyone we know! They took care of us from A-Z and I’m honestly stunned at how fast and great the service was. Everything was very easy, starting with setting up our appointment and the service was beyond what I was expecting. Maria, the ladies at the front desk, the assistants and the dentist were polite and very professional! They took care of dental issues I have been dealing with for quite some time and couldn’t afford to fix. Don’t think twice about setting up an appointment! Thank You!!

Honestly I am very disappointed by the staff now. All they care about is the money they do not take the time to clean your teeth and take precautions from doing a filling to making sure it doesn't affect your bite or the space between your cavity and other tooth when you floss. They dont work with medi-cal but they act like a lower standard medi-cal office from south los Angeles. I've been attending Florence dental office even before when it was at the Downey office and even before the Downey office when it was dr. Chong office so I dont need to get a reply of a narcissistic comment talking about "must've been another office because not ours" save that reverse psychology tactic. Theres one doctor I love him but unfortunately receptionist only care about the money. Its her say. Dental board

My wife came in to the office September 22 to get a filling by Dr. K, he was very rude and did not care about the pain my wife was in. He told her she was just scared. When Junior, the assistant asked if she wanted a break, he said no break almost done. The rest of the staff was fine.

Get ready to wait more than an hour to be seen. The problem is that they book the day with appointments knowing very well they cannot handle everyone at the same time. The scheduling system is a joke, please be considerate of peoples schedules. No body wants to wait at the dentist office for longer than they have to.
