Florence Eye Clinic

I was seeing Dr Justin Mans for years and missed a couple of appointments due to chronic life threatening emergencies. They banned me from being seen again even though I explained that it was severe medical issues that left me unconscious. It was out of my control and they were completely unsympathetic to my condition refusing to see me,even after I explained everything. I even have proof. It's not like I was missing an appointment for new glasses for the heck of it.

I don’t make reviews often but hopefully someone reads it and sees it in the future to avoid him as a doctor. someone needs to put Dr. Justin in his place, sure coming a lot from me, he shamed me essentially for what was wrong with my eye and basically rushing me out of my appointment, he doesn’t care and doesn’t tell you how to fix it and what to do going into the future, he sounds egotistical and full of it, i’m disappointed in his employment and hopefully someone talks to him seriously, he sounds like he doesn’t care and he laughed and it felt dehumanizing and humiliating to get laughed at, I won’t go back unless I get a different doctor, it was genuinely a horrible experience, the rest of the staff was delightful. i feel sorry for them for having to work with someone who thinks they’re

High praise for the Florence eye clinic. From a professional reception to the Doctor and last but certainly not least, Sarah who helped with the selection of eye ware. Dr. Julie had the sense of humor most doctors are sorely lacking, she was friendly, warm and engaging. Thanks so much for providing a comfortable and pleasant experience.

I’m actually not a patient here! I drove a friend to an appt today (4/1/24), and found myself observing the staff while waiting in the lobby. I was just so impressed watching the kind and courteous staff interact with patients, that I had to write a review! Last year I had a bad experience with another optometrist. I have every intention of having my next exam here! The people are just so nice and seem really happy to be at work. That says a LOT to me!

The staff was kind and informative. Dr. Bob took extra time to explain and really helped me understand what my eyes are doing. I left feeling better about my vision and seeing better than I have in a year and a half! If they had 6 stars, they have earned it.
