Florence Medical Associates

Wife & I started utilizing this facility when we moved to Florence area end of 2010. After couple of years or so our Dr transferred to another group located in Sheffield, thus for convenience we elected to start seeing Dr. Eric Santiago , so to stay at same Florence Medical Group. We are glad we did. We each go twice per year for check-ups, in between as needed. Dr. Santiago being accepted on our insurance plans at renewal time is the deciding factor. We can’t say enough about his services provided, including his staff.

I’m very disappointed with this practice. I wouldn’t even be writing this if the office manager, Cindy, had returned my call. I originally tried to see another doctor in the group, but his receptionist Rashay told me he wasn’t taking new patients. She was so pleasant that I decided to stay within the practice and see Dr. Santiago instead. Unfortunately, his receptionist Tammy was rude, dismissive, and clearly not interested in helping new patients. When I called Rashay back, Tammy answered and admitted it was her I spoke with earlier and became even more unpleasant. I asked for her supervisor’s name — she gave me Cindy — but it’s been days with no call back. This tells me everything I need to know about how this office is run. Tammy at the front desk is so nice and so willing to help. She also always remembers my name. Dr.Inkyung is the best. She diagnosed a rare auto immune disease but to be sure she sent me to huntsville who operated and said they weren't sure what it was. They sent me to Vandy who verified that Dr. Inkyung was right. The best Dr in the world

They provide excellent medical care. Dr. Bradberry is very professional, and a very nice person. From the nurse to the lab team and the front desk all great! I was very lucky to find this Medical center. 100% recommend 👌

Idk... I see a relatively low score for these folks... I am a new patient and went today for my appointment. Everyone was GREAT! From the lady at the desk who checked me in to the nurse to Dr. Bradbury to the two ladies in the lab... I felt welcomed and in caring hands. I appreciate it beyond my words. Thanks.
