I had a lot of work to be done. The temp on duty was very thorough and seemed to not rush the process. Three permanent and one temporary felling later he still toke the time to talk through my future work that needed to be done. Clarifying some miss understandings, and rationalizing options with me. All while he had more patience to see. I really appreciate the patience and care he seemed to have.

Everyone was so kind and patient. The process to complete new patient paperwork was simple and can be done on your phone, and took all of maybe 10 minutes total. The doctor was great and did a fantastic job on my cleaning and exam. Definitely a great dentist office!

Everyone that works here is amazing! They were so helpful and nice from the minute my daughter and I walked in for her appointment. She had to have a minor procedure done and the technician who prepped her talked and joked with her and just made her relax and not worry about what was about to happen. The dentist himself was nice and knowledgeable and took care of the problem right away. We’ll definitely return in the future for whatever our family might need.

My family has been going to Dr. Kreidel for 8 years. Ever since he left the office the quality of Floresville Dental has diminished. A simple mis-charge on a co-pay could not be corrected by the office staff. They charged us a co pay in which it should of not been applied. They acknowledged they made the mistake and the manager Angela did absolutely nothing to try to resolve it. She told us that a refund was issued. 5 weeks later nothing, and when I called she just pushed it back some more. Saying she would look into it. Management and billing lacks experience. My family will not be returning.

Angela, the “office manager” at Floresville Dental, incorrectly charged me a deductible I did not owe. I called three separate times to follow up and was told the issue had been fixed, but it never was. No refund was issued, and the mistake was simply brushed off. She failed to take accountability, never apologized, and showed no concern for resolving the error. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. After many years as a loyal patient, this lack of accountability is shocking! As a result, I am moving my entire family to a different dental office. This experience reflects poorly on Floresville Dental’s management and hiring decisions.
