I was really happy to find this office because the doctors were great, but the front desk experience completely ruined it for me today. I know they don’t care but I won’t be coming back. That lady that called me today at 9:33 AM needs a customer service orientation. With all due respect. I had an appointment that I understood was at 10:00 AM. Over the weekend I got several confusing messages, but 10 AM was the only time that showed a doctor assigned, so that’s what I followed. While I was already driving there (I live an hour away and had even applied lidocaine cream all over my shoulder), the front desk called asking why I missed my 9:00 AM appointment. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Landman and the entire team. They were very professional, patient, and thorough in explaining everything about my allergies and treatment options. The staff is kind, the office is clean and organized, and appointments always run on time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring allergist!

Stay away from this location. Horrible team! They had me scheduled with a wrong doctor as an error. They texted me all weekend asking me for the appointment confirmation, and then on Monday Yamila (a very rude nurse) called me one hour before the appointment with a very nasty attitude saying that i have to cancel the appointment because they made a mistake having me scheduled with a doctor that is not qualify to process the allergic test I needed. Besides being rude, she didn't even offer an apology and passed the phone to Adriana. After having a long and unpleasant discussion that lasted more than 30 minutes, i was told that i could go to another one of their offices on University Drive and Adriana gave me the address over the phone. Found this place on google based off reviews. Great experience from calling to book the appt as a new patient to speaking with Dr. Jamie landman. He was great from the moment he walked into the room, creating a bond with small talk before diving into the million questions asked to figure out what’s going on with my allergies. He took the time, asked the questions, gave the answers and was warm, funny and very professional. If you’re looking for an allergist quickly like i was, this is the place and Dr Jamie is your guy.

Horrible experience!!! Read this review before you go to this place. My son was referred to this clinic by his primary doctor. Ok we went and for about 1.5 years my son was a patient of this center. At first glance everything was fine: good reviews, clean clinic in a good area. Now about the issues. Small issues that I could live with: paid parking and always, absolutely always a very long wait, no matter what time we arrived, we waited for the doctor for about 2 hours. At the same time, we had to come there about every 3-4 months otherwise we could not get a refill for medications. More serious issues. Medical bills. My son has 2 insurances: from work and Medicaid.
