Horrible care received by APRN Juan Angel. Our experience with APRN Juan Angel was very disappointing. All the staff at the office was great except the care received by Juan Angel. He did not listen to family concerns and seemed disengaged throughout the consultation. There was no thorough assessment, and the visit felt rushed from the moment he entered the room. He immediately sat down at the computer and focused almost entirely on logging in, reviewing the chart, and typing. There was minimal eye contact and very little meaningful interaction. It felt like finishing documentation was the priority rather than providing attentive patient care. We expected compassion, careful evaluation, and open communication, but unfortunately that was not our experience.

Took my one year old to get tested for allergies with Dr. Francis and she was so good with our girl. Everything went smooth and it was quick and easy. Got seen and taken in very quickly. The location was very clean and polite. We appreciate the visit. Will be recommending again.

I went today to my follow up visit and and I had a little hiccup but nothing that Jeny and Maria couldn't resolve. As usual they were great so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office location and if you do go ask for Jeny and Maria they go out of their way to help.

The office staff is very nice. Doctor was very pleasant and thorough.

I have been bring my daughter for all her appointments and I only have wonderful things to say. Their whole staff is so attentive and nice. Since you walk in the door you feel welcomed. They are all extremely patient with mu daughter which is my priority. They explain everything with detail. Would definitely recommend 100%
