Staff always been friendly. I’ve been going for a while but one day I was in traffic and the North Miami Beach traffic with 95 is always bad. I literally got there at three by the time I walked up the stairs. It was 305. They did not see my son. He was without his shot for three weeks And I was very angry because I’ve been coming there for a long time. They had not one patient there the nurse was still there to do the shot, but she couldn’t because they told her not to.
