When I made the appointment, the phone attendant was courteous and prompt. Was able to get me an appointment within 2 weeks, but my issue was not of an urgent matter. I was seen on time and the doctor was great - friendly, professsional and seemed to be caring. All the procedures that were to be scheduled were explained to me in detail. I was given an appointment allergy testing in 3 weeks . I tried calling later in the day - around 420PM on a Friday afternoon and no one answered nor was information offered about after-hours care -ie, an ansering service. On the following Monday I called and was given an appointment for allergy testing 10 days earlier than the original. We had a great experience with our son who had a possible peanut allergy, we got an appointment very quickly, the office staff was quick and pleasant, and Dr Rubin was attentive, didn’t seem rushed, answered all our questions and got us sorted out with testing at the office. Top notch practice.

Dr Tamar Ruben has always been amazing! She is knowledgeable, on top of the latest allergy trends and treatments, I never have to wait and her staff also gives great treatment. Parking is readily available! I would highly recommend her!

Wonderful staff from the front desk,the nurses to the Dr. Very good place. They are outstanding. They take good care of me.

I have never been to a medical office that was run this efficiently. Everyone was so nice and considerate and the doctors actually listened and didn’t rush the appointment.
