The doctors and nurses are nice especially Dr. Nassau. The office staff leaves plenty to be desired. Every time I come it’s different people. Many times they are chatting and gossiping. Don’t even try to deal with billing. Everything is a huge mission. They won’t take my payment at the time of service, they say to wait until they process the insurance. Then I get emails, letters, and texts about my overdue balance. In 2025 I spend months trying to resolve a billing issue. No one calls you back and when you finally speak to someone you get different answers from everyone. Also you can’t reach them on the phone because it goes to a call center.

Came here for a penicillin allergy reaction test. Amazing place! Doctor Nassau is very friendly and explains everything very well. You can tell she is very knowledgeable in her field. Support staff, including front desk, is very friendly, attentive, and make you feel at home. I strongly recommend this Palmetto Bay facility.

I was impressed with Dr Nassau and generally with all the staff. Dr Nassau took great interest in my recurring shingles and also my asthma and ordered tests to be done. I haven’t seen her yet for the results. I do have a problem that Dr Nassau comes to the office on SW 144th street in Pinecrest only once a week.

I've been coming here for almost a year. Today I saw the most amazing exchange. A man walked in only to discover that his appointment was at another location. The receptionist listened and made him feel hard before asking him if he would like to make an appointment after lunch. He was so pleased and accepted. She then said she would call the other location to let them know he wasn't coming. I was SO IMPRESSED by this exchange! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this doctor's office
