We came in to get a vaccination certificate — everything was done quickly, professionally, and with a friendly attitude. Had the same great experience last year as well. 😊 Maybe some visitors could be a bit more polite and patient? The staff is doing an excellent job! 👏

We’ve been taking our son here since we moved a few years ago, and while the dentist is kind and patient, the experience continues to be overshadowed by one dental assistant’s attitude. Our son has dealt with dental issues since his first tooth came in, and after years of research, we made an informed decision not to use fluoride. Fluoride is a known neurotoxin, with studies linking overexposure to developmental and cognitive effects in children. That’s not something we’re willing to gamble with, especially for a growing mind. What’s disappointing is the lack of respect for that choice. Each visit, the assistant makes side comments to the dentist like “no fluoride again,” and interrogates us about diet and hygiene, implying that our son’s dental history is because of this one decision. I

Jenna at the Bureau of Vital Statistics was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and, was a pleasure to work with. We were enthusiastically greeted immediately at the service window and were promptly provided with the necessary paperwork to complete. There was no wait involved other than the time it took to complete the forms. After a quick review, the certificates were issued immediately thereafter. I anticipated a long queue and was causally surprised - the entire process took minutes due to the attentive staff. Keep up the great work!
