Florida Department of Health in Pinellas County

The staff working between 2:00–3:02 PM today were extremely unprofessional. A client was openly laughed at for arriving early to her appointment, and it was very uncomfortable to witness. No one knows what personal circumstances someone is dealing with, and showing up early should never make anyone the subject of jokes. Many of us make a real effort just to attend our appointments. I arrived early because I secured transportation and needed to make sure I could get home safely. Instead of being treated with understanding, there was giggling and dismissive behavior. It felt tacky and disrespectful.Healthcare settings should be safe and supportive, not humiliating. I hope management addresses this so no other patient feels their dignity compromised Update- Darlene is awesome she definitely

Every single part of this experience was great. If you are going to get your nexplinon removed, this is the place to do it. Ann is the GOAT! Tiny incision, no pain. She is knowledgeable and skilled at her craft. The medical assistants and lab techs were polite and good at their jobs. Thank you so much for the great experience!

In my case they deserve zero Stars. I will be writing a review on the doctor that this review applies to. This individual should not be practicing medicine given that I could have gone into kidney failure and potentially died, and I required two surgical procedures by a different medical practitioner. However, the Department of Health deemed that the original doctor could continue to practice medicine. Consequently, numerous people's health and lives are at risk and apparently no one is responsible. I would ask them after reading my case whether or not they would send anyone they loved to this doctor

I've gotten many vaccines here that would have been expensive on insurance. $25 here. They've been reliable and polite.

Black lady at the front is extremely rude to me. Asked for a dr note and she tells me idk if ill even be seen when there's signs all over stating to ask for a dr note when u sign In.
