This is one of the best medical offices I have ever been to. Every staff member is helpful, informative, friendly, and caring. When you leave a message for your provider the staff explains how their schedule looks and whenish the provider will be available to review the message so you’re not left in limbo wondering when they’ll call. Lina is one of the best providers I’ve ever seen. She makes sure to thoroughly explain everything, answer all questions, and that you’re comfortable with the treatment plan.

Initially, the staff was friendly and scheduling was easy, which gave a positive first impression. Unfortunately, that changed once my appointment was completed. Communication afterward was extremely poor. I waited far longer than expected for my results (months) and ultimately had to repeatedly follow up myself just to get a response. Believe it or not, one of my results they cant even find in their system lol. Gave me every excuse on why they couldn't find it, and pointed blame on 3rd party companies when I continued to track them down over a 6mo period. Still no results lol. So unprofessional and concerning. When I asked about the delay, I was met with a dismissive attitude rather than clear answers or professionalism. Not sure this is legit. They tried to charge me for a consult with no complaints, not even family history. Then the staff kept using poor language to talk about my medical status with terms like “history of” for a current condition. I can’t trust you if you do not speak intelligently about something you’re trying to sell me. Bye!

Dr. Kantor made me feel at ease the minute I met with her. She was able to explain things to me in a way I could understand and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. She and her team are amazing!!

ABSOLUTELY Price gouging their patients. I was charged hundreds of dollars for a short conversation that could have been handled over the phone. I definitely feel ripped off, and treated as another number/just dollar signs to them. It is such a shame that fair pricing, and ethical practices are getting harder and harder to come by these days..
