Florida Health Care Plans - Pharmacy

The pharmacy staff here are very nice and polite. I never have any problems anytime I put in a prescription they have it filled and ready within the same day. Keep it up pharmacy staff.

4/27/25… The receptionist is a jerk. She is something else. She has dirty blonde hair and seems to have a real talent for ignoring people. I tried to brush off her eye rolls—I get that everyone has bad days—but when I asked her about paperwork I completed in 2023, she told me it was valid for three years. Then she just stared at her computer and completely ignored me. She mentioned I had first come in 2013 but didn’t say anything after that. I stood there for about three minutes waiting—either for her to speak, close the window, something. She didn’t acknowledge me at all, just kept typing. Eventually, I asked, “Is that all?” She looked at me, took off her glasses like she hadn’t just ignored me, and said, “Yes, refill it out.” Then she slammed the glass shut and immediately started talk

I have the unfortunate obligation of refilling prescriptions at this location. I would not suggest calling anything other than the automated line. You do not want to speak to a person at this location over the phone. When you go in to pick up keep your fingers and toes crossed that one of the two decent cashiers are working that day. This staff is SO rude- Except for the pharmacist themselves, they have always been polite and professional.

Always nice, always polite, nice associates, pharmacists. Efficient, clean. Never waited more than 5 minutes, tops. Thank you dearly for your help!

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for about three years and always liked it, but my most recent experience exceeded my expectations. David was cordial, knowledgeable, willing to go an extra mile just to help me. I really appreciate it!
