Florida Health Care Plans - Pharmacy

Very rude service everytime, I went in at open time this morning but they still didn’t open so I sat in the chair as they scolded me and waited for 10 minutes and as an older woman walked in they opened the doors finally and took her before me lol, just because I’m a 20 year old man, doesn’t give you the right to discriminate (smh) , and to make matters worse as the lady they let go before me was getting her medication, there happened to be another lane open and the lady at it was just standing there looking at me, so I walked up for her to take me, which in return I got a very nasty look from her and she told me said, “yeah um, I’m not ready yet so your gunna have to wait”, and as a young guy I just say, oh I’m sorry , and waited for the other lane. Unimpressed by the communication. I'm never alerted for my medications, I can't leave messages with reception as they never make it to the doctor, this place does not function well or do as they say.

Awesome Doctors pharmacy staff and plan. Started out with FHCP with regular insurance and kept it with Medicare, with is even a better plan.

It is a great part of your whole Medical Plan!
