Communication throughout my first visit was absolutely excellent! Much more efficient than I usually experience with all other medical organizations. I was dealt with from my first call to repeated necessary calls in a very timely manner. The entire staff was totally impressive including my doctor. I feel like I’m in good hands.

Dr. Bailey is a great Cardiologist- very thorough and easy to talk to. However, it would be wrong for me to not say that trying to get someone on the phone is almost impossible. No one answers and the message you leave is often not responded to especially if you need to cancel and make another appointment.

Staff very cordial my doctor Dr Hanlon was exceptional great. Feel very at ease with him and very confident that he will take care of me. This is a great feeling.

Overall good. Heidi is always great.Front staff in general are ok. My biggest complaint is the wait time when calling. I'm at a point now that I don't call.maybe that's what you want.

What else can I say, five stars. Everything from walking in the door till I left was very positive, excellent throughout. My doctor took the time to answer questions and was very positive and helpful. He also encouraged me last year to change my lifestyle, basically the way I was eating and 8 months later I'm 53 lbs. lighter and all my numbers were excellent. I'm feeling much better and owe it to him.
