I have consistently good experiences with my nurse Tiffany. No complaints. The listing needs to be updated since it is an Advent Health location now.

My husband had an awful experience this morning at the AH Infusion center in Longwood. The medication that is over $5000 leaked all over the pillow and he’s not sure he even received the medication since the pillow was saturated. He was the only patient and the nurse did nothing or even checked on him. This is unacceptable and not a good patient experience!!! Never again! We’ll look at going to a different infusion location the next time because there is no excuses for not delivering great patient care! We wasted a $5000 medication!!! He’s logging a complaint with Advent Heath about this bad patient experience with Nurse Tiffany.

Love my Nurse! Have the same nurse for about 4 years and she has become my best friend basically. The staff here is wonderfully and calls you back when they say they would. They are also extremely friendly when you call in for anything. Highly reccomend

Dissatisfied and SCARED patient. They are inconsistent and unresponsive. I don't think they have a training program because my nurse was changed several times and they all did things differently (mostly wrong) and asked me questions that they should have arrived knowing. They need better training on sterile practices. They also contract with other nursing agencies that are CLUELESS and contribute to inconsistencies in care. P.s. My care was farmed out to a third party company without my consent. I asked for an Advent Health nurse several times (over the course of 2-3 months) with no return phone call. I finally got through today. They have no nurses that service my highly populated area (Winter Garden) and said that I have to stay with the lackluster company they farmed me out to. I am tru

They are now called AdventHealth Home Infusion Centers and they are AWFUL. We had an issue with air in the IV line and called the “24 hour emergency number” we were given to reach the on all nurse except they don’t have one. The pharmacist called us back and was not the slightest bit helpful (why would a pharmacist know this?). Then we had to call back again, wait for a call back from the supervisor who then tried to reach the nurse that put the iv in. It was a complete cluster ****. Luckily I was able to reach a friend that’s an NP that was able to help.
