I gave one star for the office staff being nice and the doctor is nice and pleasant as well as a good surgeon HOWEVER, do not pay anything up front before having it run thru your insurance. They overcharged me and now I cannot seem to get my money back. I keep getting excuses and run around…. So buyer beware !!! Will update if/when I receive my money. P.s. update …. The doctors office has kindly refunded the overage. Just a reminder that the staff as well as the doctor are friendly, nice and accommodating if you live far away, and so I changed the amount of stars to a higher amount. Thanks for taking time to read this review and update.

Call to ask about a payment the lady that I spoke to which I forgot her name. She handles the insurance, horrible attitude the way she spoke to me was not the correct way. She spoke to me. I don’t like the attitude she did to me. This is why I’m putting a one star.

Dr. Lackey is a very special person. He cares about his patients and their concerns. You can also tell that he cares about his staff having watched him interact with them. I would highly recommend Dr. Lackey to anyone without hesitation. Rachel is also the best. She answers all of your questions and if she doesn't have a answer then she will find it Today I met his new PA and liked her very much. This whole practice is very caring and concerned about your needs. The office staff is just as important and very good at what they do. Congratulations to the whole practice for putting together such a great team.

I have always had a good experience at this doctors office. The nursing staff and the girls in the office are so helpful, they do not act like your bothering them like so other doctors offices I have been to. Dr Lackey and Dr Sims really listen to what you have to say about my health and concerns. I highly recommend them.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Thanks to Dr. Lackey for his expertise and a job well done! Also thanks to Nurse Maddy, the bedside nurse whose extraordinary tender, and caring demeanor could not escape my attention! I see her as a great nurse who has the patient at heart and does everything to provide comfort and a relaxed atmosphere. On addition, the facility was very clean and well equipped to handle procedural cases! Therefore I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Lackey and his staff !
