The place was crowded which it was the first time I have seen it without any accommodation for a seat to wait your turn. The waiting was not too long but not fast enough!! There were people with severe coughs and thank God they were considerate and had masks on. The proximity of waiting patients should be considered.. crowded places spell contamination for everyone in such a crowded room.. Flu season it’s in and one must be careful. The appointment with the Doctor was well I feel I accomplished my goal. Thank you for having responsible and caring staff that many other things may be tolerated.

The Staff and Nurses, Technicians, PA’s all were very nice, kind and knowledgeable .Everything was explained and understandable, though I kept missing a few steps, and they had to be redone, no one seemed to mind my errors. I got to see my lungs which was amazing. I had a mitral valve repair in 2009, everything was in its place, though at first I couldn’t figure out what it was, Dr Umeh knew and explained it. ( I was thinking, did I swallow something?? 😱, I didn’t Lol.) To be honest I was nervous, so it was a relief to me, that it was just my Asthma. Just taking my meds and wearing a mask when I rake leaves etc up. ( probably cleaning too😝 not my favorite thing wearing the masks outside) , but I will . I cannot urge you enough: go somewhere else. Admittedly, finding a good pulmonologist to treat sleep apnea has always been a struggle (so many clinics/doctors phone it in), but this experience might take the cake for the most bizarre and unacceptable healthcare appointment I’ve ever had. I made my appointment well in advance and was asked to procure all records from my previous clinic. Normal, but typically a clinic does that- not the patient. That should’ve been my first warning. I arrived to my appointment with six years of CPAP prescriptions, history, and my machine, as instructed. Walking into the building, there were no signs pointing you in the right direction, save a handwritten Sharpie note indicating Dr. Elton’s office was upstairs. There were no signs indicating what any door

Went to you to renew my CPAP since old machine broke, I ended up with an allergy test then minor new meds. But never got my CPAP. Had to go to Orlando to get my sleep study and another machine, then got nucala in December,which was great but now new yr it's $1100.00 so obviously I can't afford it . So not to impressed with you. But I'm sure insurance has a lot to do with my issues but you haven't helped to much, to be honest
